For this specific project, a local Staten Islander called us in relation to their refrigerator having some sever defrosting issues.
The specific brand of the refrigerator which they had was a Kitchen Aid that was a little over a few years old.
Once we arrived on the scene, we did an in-depth analysis as to what exact shape their refrigerator was currently in.
Turns out that the defrost issue actually resulted from a problem with the unit's sealed system.
The sealed system of a refrigerator, often referred to also as the cooling system, is responsible for compressing, heating, directing, and then evaporating the air which keeps the unit cold.
This specific system had a rupture in one of the main lines which led to excessive amounts of frost buildup in the freezer portion of the refrigerator.
